YELLOWZONE is the ultimate SOMETHING IN THE WATER experience in support of YELLOW’s mission to EVEN THE ODDS. This pass provides access to the best of what the festival offers with proceeds going to YELLOW*.

To receive your written acknowledgement for IRS filing purposes, please email yellowzone@teamyellow.org and attach your website purchase receipt.

Pass purchasers wishing to upgrade to YELLOWZONE passes: Please purchase your YELLOWZONE pass(es) and email yellowzone@teamyellow.org to have your previous GA/VIP purchase refunded. Please include both order numbers in the email. Purchaser name and email address must match on both orders.

Shuttle Passes are sold out.

SOMETHING IN THE WATER is excited to offer a safe and comfortable pre-paid, park & ride, shuttle service from the Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater at Virginia Beach to the festival entrance. Shuttles begin running each day at 12PM on Friday & Saturday and 1PM on Sunday.

Shuttles depart from the Veterans Home Loans Amphitheater (3550 Cellar Door Way, Virginia Beach, VA). After the show, follow directional signage at festival exits to the shuttle departure location; shuttles will depart from where you were dropped off. Outbound shuttles will conclude 60 minutes after the music ends each day.

There will be limited-to-no public parking available in the immediate area near the festival. We encourage all festival attendees to make use of public transportation or our park & ride shuttle service (carpooling is strongly encouraged).

Order Info

For online purchases:

• There is a four (4) ticket limit.

• All sales are final. No refunds.

• Minimum browser requirements are required to place an order online. Make sure you have the most updated browser version.

• Do not buy passes from a third party or scalper. Third-party sales can’t be guaranteed, authenticated or supported.

• A government-issued photo ID, order number and the credit card used for purchase are required for will-call pickup or troubleshooting by the original purchaser.

Our various payment plan options have ended. Please log-in to your Frontgate Ticketing account to access any details regarding existing payment plans.

Wristband Info

• Wristbands are valid for April 28th, 29th and 30th, 2023.

• Wristbands are non-transferable once applied.

• Wristbands are void if tampered with or removed.

• Wristband Activation is required via the Something in the Water Mobile App (released closer to festival dates).

• Wristbands are good for one person only and may not be shared.

• For wristband or pass questions, please contact Ticketing Support.

Wristband Instructions

1. Slip untightened wristband over your right wrist.

2. Hold onto the tails of the wristband and slide the closure toward your wrist to tighten the wristband.

3. Do not over-tighten the wristband. Leave one index finger's worth of space between your wrist and the wristband for comfort and security.

For wristband replacements (lost, misplaced, stolen, returned to sender, too tight, wrong hand, etc), you are subject to pay a fee per reissued wristband.

DON'T share your wristband. Wristbands are non-transferable and valid for one person for the entire weekend.
DON'T remove your wristband until you plan to leave the festival property for the final time.
DON'T remove your wristband in between days.
DON'T cut, burn, stretch, twist, tear, tape, glue or affect the wristband in any way, shape, or form. Any wristband that is altered will be confiscated.
DON'T loosen your wristband. Wristbands that are not applied tightly enough and can slip on or off will be confiscated.

The Box Office will be located outside the Atlantic Wildfowl Heritage Museum.
